Treasurer – Paddle UK Canoe Polo Committee Role:

Manage the finances for the Canoe Polo Committee, the group responsible for organising and developing canoe polo across the UK under Paddle UK.

What you’ll do:

  1. Keep accurate records and manage income/expenditure for committee activities, events, and the national league
  2. Prepare budgets and present financial reports at committee meetings and the AGM
  3. Ensure compliance with Paddle UK’s financial processes and support funding applications where needed

What we offer:
You won’t do this alone. The role is supported by the rest of the Canoe Polo Committee and by Paddle UK staff, so you’ll have guidance on governance, reporting, and systems.

You’ll fit well if:
You’re organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, and can explain finances clearly. No accountancy qualification needed – just reliability and attention to detail.

Time: ∼2-4 hrs/month, mostly online
