This is your opportunity to hear from the committee on their volunteer work throughout the year, discuss key topics and vote in elected officials.
Each affiliated Club present at the meeting and with one or more Teams registered to compete in the current National League or Regional Leagues season shall be entitled to two votes (for election of officials). In order to register a vote, the club must be represented at the meeting by one (or two) people who are current full Paddle UK or other National Association members.

Treasurer – Paddle UK Canoe Polo Committee Role:
Manage the finances for the Canoe Polo Committee, the group responsible for organising and developing canoe polo across the UK under Paddle UK.
What you’ll do:
- Keep accurate records and manage income/expenditure for committee activities, events, and the national league
- Prepare budgets and present financial reports at committee meetings and the AGM
- Ensure compliance with Paddle UK’s financial processes and support funding applications where needed
What we offer:
You won’t do this alone. The role is supported by the rest of the Canoe Polo Committee and by Paddle UK staff, so you’ll have guidance on governance, reporting, and systems.
You’ll fit well if:
You’re organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, and can explain finances clearly. No accountancy qualification needed – just reliability and attention to detail.
Time: ∼2-4 hrs/month, mostly online
