3.3.2.1 Formal clarification that each day of a weekend league competition is counted as one tournament for that division
3.5 Overseas athletes: guidance on eligibility requirements for overseas athletes
7. Refereeing: grade naming update to ABCD format, avoiding confusion vs league names and more closely aligning with the ICF
9.2 Divisional Organiser Imposed Sanctions: clearer guidance for sanctions, to make decisions more straightforward and reduce pressure on LOs
